• Assisting clients in all forms of Intellectual Property including Patents, Trademarks, Copyright, and Designs and drafting agreements and making applications with the relevant authorities for registration.
• Advising clients on mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions, takeovers, management buy-outs, business transfers in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
